Property location is centrally located in the Keys. Beautiful setting & nice size rooms. However, hefty resort & daily parking fees plus the applicable taxes for these are a significant extra cost ( 2 days of these were >$123). There’s no complimentary breakfast. Rooms are nice, the rooster is funny and the staff is great. Socks can use repairs.

Old Wooden Bridge Resort and Marina
Hosts were very communicative with check in as we arrived later than the office hours. The house boat is simple - nothing fancy. We did have a few ants. But otherwise, all was ok.
