No staff to rate. The room could have been cleaner. Appliances & mirrors full of streaks. Bedding had some weird brown stains, there wasn't any body wash as mentioned, just shampoo & conditioner, a few extra bath towels would have been nice. Great location. Boardwalk Suites & Residences By Kasa
This is the second time staying at the Boardwalk. Different rooms both times. This time the room was just not as clean as the first time. Dirty dishes were put back in the cupboards and we had to re-wash and there was a lot of hair in the shower that was left from previous tenant.
