"バランスが取れたリーズナブルなホテルだと思います。歩いて行ける距離にスーパー、レストラン、ファーストフード店も複数あるため、飲食に困ることもありませんでした。 朝食は毎日変わらず同じもので、パンケーキを作る機械もよくエラー出ていましたが、おばちゃんが良い人で気持ちよく朝食が食べられました。 アメニティはほぼ無く、無料の水も部屋にないのは残念でした。(無料なのは朝食だけだよと受付の方に言われました。)"

We expected a swimming pool and was a factor when choosing the hotel, when making reservation I verified that the site had a pool and it was open."

"No one attended to us at check in for 15 minutes - my wife finally found someone cleaning the rooms to come to the front desk - none of the amenities listed online were open - no restaurant or bar. Would never stay at again"

"Maria at the front desk welcomed us warming upon arrival and was very helpful throughout the stay. Staff warm and pleasant at all times. During daily breakfast lovely woman (I'm sorry I didn't get a name) made sure to let us know if we needed anything that we didn't have at the buffet breakfast. "It was very quiet. The aesthetics are very nice. Room was comfortable and clean. Cool in-room amenitiese such as a t.v. in the mirror which was cool to utilize while bathing. There is a good amount of parking available with easy access to the highway. Its 7 minutes from the Chicago Premium Outlets, 12 minutes from The Fox Valley Mall and nearby several eateries. "Friendly staff and clean room. Even though I slept well, the mattresses desperately need updating as they were a bit hard and dented in in the middle. Other than that, the shower worked well, the tv had plenty of channels and it was easy access to my room. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I cannot speak to that."
