"Overall, it's a nice, clean hotel with friendly staff. Unfortunately, it's a very noisy property (4x4s driving through the parking lot, music blaring, and dumpsters being emptied in the early morning hours). Parking also is not very good (most spaces are taken up by big trucks and their trailers, so we had to park on the street). "
"The hotel is close to the capital of Reef National Park and is somewhat in the middle of nowhere. The nearest restaurant is about a 15‑minute drive away. However, the owners—a couple—are very friendly, and the hotel facilities exceeded our expectations. They even prepared snacks and instant food in the room that you can purchase, which is convenient for a quick dinner."
"Good, kid-friendly location in Moab, close to Arches NP, the highway, restaurants and eateries, grocery stores, and gas stations. Our room had a kitchenette, which was useful traveling with kids. The premises and breakfast areas were clean; however, the carpets in the corridors could definitely use a bit of steam cleaning (they smelled musty and more than one visitor commented on their state in the elevator). The staff didn't seem all that warm and friendly, but was able to check us in and out efficiently. The breakfast was OK with decent options, but kept running out of scrambled eggs and bread on all the 3 days we visited. Slightly rough on the edges, but would still recommend it to families. "
