Cari Chalet di Big Springs

"Great breakfast- eggs/meat/waffles/cereal/yogurt—-great coffee. Very clean & comfortable. Front desk staff is very nice. Hotel is across from a large public park/greenspace."

"Stayed here 3 to 4 nights a week for 2 months while working in lawrence. Found them to genunially care and take care of any issues with me."

"Absolutely loved this place."

"Very helpful staff, couldn't get my room door open when we checked in @10pm. The counter guy came back up with me and made sure I could get my door to my room open."

"I liked the quaint comfy room. It was quiet with no odor of any kind. The staff were easy to talk with. However, I think the garage that is provided behind the hotel is pretty shabby and I didn't feel comfortable leaving my car nor walking through the parking garage."

"You get what you pay for. Don't plan on getting full from breakfast."

"Very clean and a decent breakfast."

"Always friendly staff. Been staying for years."

"Clean and updated rooms. Staff was friendly and approachable. Next to restaurants and movie theatre."

"good breakfast with a selection of sweet and savory items. good coffee and very clean, organized eating area. would definitely keep this brand top of list for future stays."

"The water from all faucets is over softened so it had a slimy texture. There was drywall dust on the carpet under the thermostat. The breakfast selection is underwhelming."
