Hyatt Carmel Highlands
We were given a lower floor with obstructed view. What’s worse was the upper floor was stumping and making loud noises from 2 AM to 4:45 AM. Had no idea what he/she was doing that early hours.

Big Sur Lodge
We stayed on Thursday 2/28/26. Thankfully they let us check in one hour earlier (I did call beforehand to request it). The hotel allows you to do check in online beforehand and that was helpful. Post Ranch Inn
Room had no heat but we were taken care of and moved to a beautiful suite. Yoga classes well run on time Yurt was warm. Drivers prompt professionals we had lots of rides because of RAIN food was super delicious much better than Vantanna
