"Although you are warned there are no tea and coffee facilities in your room, this is a big let down to any hotel. Being unable to make a simple cup of coffee or tea on a night or in the morning , was very low standard for this hotel , it’s a very basic need customers and not difficult to provide ."

"Lovely hotel, reasonably priced lunch menu, great pool area with bar and plenty of sunbeds and seating. Well positioned on the edge of the city. Probably a 20 minute walk into town lots of bars , restaurants and shops on the way. Would recommend walking via the Plaza Circular. We used a Bolt to get to the Centro Commercial Nueva Condomina shopping complex which is well worth a visit if the weather is either baking hot or a bit iffy! "Arrived 4pm, until 5pm the frontdesk didn’t found the room key. They asked me not to wait in front of the desk, she asked me to stay away in the lobby… As new room was handled, everything was good. No refrigerator"
