"Tolle Lage, direkt an der Biscaya Brücke und fußläufig zur Metro. Das Hotel ist in einem sehr schönen Gebäude und das Zimmer war sauber, groß und alles war vorhanden, was man braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank im Zimmer und Kaffee gibt es kostenlos bei der Rezeption. Ich hatte einen schönen Ausblick und man kann im Hotel nett draußen auf der Terrasse sitzen. Das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit. Frühstück hatte ich nicht, dazu kann ich nichts sagen. Es gibt viele Restaurants und...

"El servicio de recepción un desastre y la noche del sábado el hotel sin avisar hizo una fiesta con dj en el propio hotel en el interior y en la terraza a todo volumen, hasta las dos de la mañana. Por lo tanto, toda la noche sin poder dormir ni descansar, debido al volumen de la fiesta y una vez acabada toda esa gente en la calle hasta más de las tres de la mañana haciendo ruido. Un desastre, llamamos a recepción para quejarnos y nos mintieron y no hicieron nada para acabar con el ruido."

"Beautiful architecture in a convenient location for the ferry. Bilbao not far in a car. Nothing though within walking distance or by use of public transport. Very good breakfast choices. Dinner very limited choices and service slow. Nothing in room fridge or hotel to purchase on a very hot evening other than restaurant. Seemed to prioritise golf club. Small indoor pool only. Always busy. Three outside loungers only for the entire hotel. Nice but a rather restrictive."

"Muy bien en todos los aspectos. Un hotel con mucho encanto y muy original. Se ve que tiene sus años, pero de ahí el encanto; y la decoración acorde a la temática. La habitación bien de tamaño, limpia y acogedora. El jardin grande y precioso. Muy bonito en general. Se admiten mascotas, pero no molestan nada. Ubicación muy buena, a poca distancia de todo. En cuanto al personal, un 10. Muy atentos y simpáticos. Si vuelvo a Laredo lo elegiré de nuevo, sin dudarlo."

"A comfortable bed - which was great. But no hot water! When I told the front desk they said yes there was a problem but couldn’t compensate my stay as they didn’t have a supervisor to see me on duty. That was disappointing Could have been a great stay"
