A comfortable two bedroom apartment which can accommodate up to four persons. The separate sitting room/kitchen area and patio are nice. However, lacking some basic utencil, e.g. water kettle and screw driver to open wine bottle.

This property is a student residence. I stayed in a double room with 2 twin beds. It was small but we didn’t need much room since we were only there for the weekend. The bathroom and beds were clean. There was only a top sheet on the bed, no blankets which I didn’t love but the room wasn’t cold so it was okay. There is also a tiny kitchen with plates and a few cooking utensils and a microwave if you want to reheat something and a fridge for storage. There are also a lot of areas to hang out outside of the room and some table games like ping pong and pool. To get from the center of town to the hotel isn’t bad since Bilbao isn’t huge. There’s about 3 minutes of walking where the location doesn’t feel the safest. If you go the opposite direction though it starts to feel more unsafe. Getting into the hotel isn’t a problem, but if you go the other direction it’s a little sketchy. Overall a good experience. The staff were really kind and helpful and they gave us coupons for free breakfast at a small cafe down the street where we could get a coffee and a sandwich or piece of tortilla that was delicious. If you’re only going to Bilbao for the weekend and need a cheap place to stay this is a good option, but probably not the best for more than 3 nights.

Me encantó el alojamiento, limpieza comodidad Muy céntrico la única complicación que tuvimos es el aparcamiento pero tuvimos que aparcarlo en el aparcamiento de la residencia. Nos costó 20 € cada día lo demás genial le doy un 10/10

Sehr empfehlenswert
War wunderbar. Ideal gelegen, doch Gegend war etwas heruntergekommen. Zimmer war sauber und ruhig (gegen Innenhof). Badewanne alt und etwas gefährlich...irgendwie eine Art Sitzdusche. Duschkopf sehr alt...mit einem neuen könnte viel Wasser gespart werden. Frühstück ausserhaus, aber sehr lecker. Gym und Studierräume auf jeder Etage waren phantastisch!

Buona soluzione per un soggiorno a Bilbao, poco distante dal centro (Abando). Unico neo la vicinanza alla zona di San Frantzisko, critica nelle ore serali. Lo dico in base alle informazioni ricevute perché personalmente non ho avuto problemi

Così così.
Si tratta della classica residenza studentesca spagnola. Le stanze hanno una mini cucina ma non la TV,il bagno è abbastanza piccolo con una mini vasca piuttosto scomoda.La colazione si effettua in un bar distante 300 metri,un succo,bevanda calda e ....quello che c'è,in due mattine mai vista una brioche! Per finire la posizione appena fuori dal centro ma mal servita dai mezzi,bisogna camminare per trovare qualcosa e la zona è abbastanza degradata.

La residencia es magnífica, la zona da un poco de miedo, muchos grupos en la calle y se la pasan gritando, encima en frente hay una chatarrería y hacen un ruido tremendo. Mi cuarto daba a la calle y era imposible dormir de corrido. Lo único malo es que el cuarto lo limpian cada 3 días y tampoco me cambiaron las toallas, de todas formas el personal de recepción lo solucionaron.

Estamos ubicados en el centro de la ciudad, lo cual es muy practico, si quieres hacer turismo o gestiones en el centro, pues no necesitas tomar transporte público. Lamentamos los ruidos, recuerda que en recepción estaremos siempre encantados de poder ayudarte en todo lo que necesites. Los cambios de lencería y limpieza de la habitación, estan especificados en el tipo de tarifa seleccionado. Hasta pronto.

Ambiente estudiantil agradable, recepcionistas ajenos totalmente a lo contratado, pero lo malo es que tiene un precio de un hotel normal cuando es una residencia en la peor zona de la ciudad . Debería costar un tercio de lo que vale y allí tendria lógica... No lo recomendamos para nada.

El personal de recepción (un señor que atendía en horario nocturno el día que fui) fue extremadamente amable y atento. ¡Muchas gracias! El barrio no es céntrico y si vas sola por la noche no transmite seguridad. Por el día no hay problema.

La residenza è pulita e con materasso molto comodo. Il personale gentilissimo e preparato. Anche il servizio di vigilanza notturna molto gentili e disponibili. C’è però un grande problema che sono gli schiamazzi notturni, durante il mio soggiorno ci sono state anche risse e battibecchi notturno fino alle 4 della mattina. Purtroppo questo ha rovinato un po’ in viaggio. Per il resto tutto ok

Ottima scelta per visitare Bilbao e non solo la ci
Residenza universitaria. Situato in buona posizione (il centro è a 10 minuti a piedi), ed è molto vicino alla piazza dove partono diversi bus per la provincia, in caso di gite fuori porta. Attualmente la colazione è servita in un bar nella stessa piazza dove partono i bus. Personale molto cortese e camera essenziale (dispone anche della cucina). Ottima scelta

Nice room, bad beds, not a nice area of the city
The room is a small student dorm room with hobs, microwave, bathroom and all looked nice. However, the beds were uncomfortable - they were very soft and dipped in the middle after a short while in them. The place itself is nice and clean and looks new. There are ping pong and pool tables and areas to socialise. The only other issue was the location. It's not a nice place to walk back to at night. We paid 99€ for the night and for that money I would expect comfortable beds.
