"We spent 4 days at this location, and the rooms were not serviced once. Considering the cost for two rooms we felt this was pretty poor. The staff member at reception on arrival was quite rude and made the check in process a less than pleasant experience. The rooms have a hot plate but nothing to actually cook with. Rubbish bin only had one bag and whilst replacements were available at reception you had to continually be asking for items such as clean towels, bathroom amenities etc. This...

"Enjoyed our 3 night stay. Apartments are resort style set around the multiple pools. Apartment was spacious and clean. Comfortable bed. Location very good for about a 10 minute walk to Cable Beach, restaurants and bars. Bus stop to Broome town centre across the road. Overall very pleased and would recommend."

"Fabulous stay at the Roey - right in the middle of town and close to bus stop for anyone wishing to head to Cable Beach. Staff were well trained and so, so friendly - from the young lady who picked us up at the airport (exceptional) and everyone we came into contact with after that. Restaurant fare was well above our expectations and we ate there every night. Great live music on Sunday afternoon. The bathrooms could do with some updating but overall our rooms were clean and safe. I'd recommend...

"Good position. Could walk to town unlike those staying at cable beach. Good facilities with laundry and parking. Rooms were serviced daily and service staff very obliging. Our biggest issue was checking in. 4 of us, arrived at 2 different times by Uber from airport. Online info received did not inform us we had to check in at sister motel for the key and could not access gate onto site. Became an issue for later arrivals too as we had no mobile cover for australia so cost us to connect....

"As a disabled person, when I booked thru Expedia We were given a pool view room. Unfortunately this was on the first floor with no lifts. I was reallocated downstairs garden room which was excellent. The Ocean pool entry gate has a pullup Device which is ok for blokes but many women including my wife could not reach. Maybe they could lower it a bit."

"located close to town this is very much a party hostel full of long term people living there and working . it is not a welcoming atmosphere. the room was pretty gross with 3 long term guests stuff absolutely everywhere - crusty pants etc."

"The biggest problem was the breakfast. Very poor quality on offer for the price. The machine coffee was terrible. I made one cup and tipped it in the garden. Also UHT milk used for cereal rather than fresh milk. We'd have been better just going to STK at the Seaview Shopping Centre down the road. The food there run rings around the Oaks."
