"The mini fridge in the room didn't work and last night had police at the hotel for a issue for a couple of hours which made it uncomfortable and was going to extend my stay but they wanted around 20 dollars more than what i had paid at original check in the hotel is not a 60 or 70 a night hotel more on the line of 40 to 50 a night the say direct tv my room didnt have many channels i can get more on a regular antenna "

"The staff was nice. However, the hallways smelled like a mix of weed and mothballs. The sheets on the beds had stains. The bathroom towels had black stains on them, and the overall bathroom felt dirty. For the price, I might stay again. However, the pictures looked nicer than the room quality we received."

"The location is fantastic! The location is the only reason we stayed. It takes 6 minutes to drive to the stockyards. Feels like a safe neighborhood. Enjoyed the coffee and water bar. Did not like how small our room was. We asked to be upgraded to a suite but told none available. Our first room was beyond dirty including the boxspring that was visible. Gross. They moved us 2 doors down and it wasn’t much better. The bathroom was super dirty around the shower area and in the shower. ...

"I didn't check out the breakfast as I was told it was just breakfast bars and such. Parking was ok. Signs were posted everywhere to put your belongings out of sight and that the hotel was not responsible for theft. Not reassuring. The room was smelly, as an unused stuffy smell. I openned the windows and went out for a few hours. When I came back it smelled better. The refrigerator reeked upon opening, so quickly closed it again. Else, all was good. For the price, it wasn't bad. "

"FALSE ADVERTISING AND DIRTY HOTEL. So, first off, they could not find our original reservation. The room that was booked was apparently no longer available. We booked that room for a reason, so not having that room was an additional expense for us. There was a cash-only deposit, but in order to get it back, they had to look at the room prior. Only one person was doing this, and she was so slow and taking forever. We had to forfeit our deposit because we had someplace to be and had already waited...

"I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment we arrived, the service was extremely poor. The front desk was often unattended, and when we needed assistance, we had to repeatedly call with no answer. At one point, we actually had to raise our voices just to get someone to come to the desk, which is completely unacceptable.
