"We were informed only 19 minutes after the check in period for the day started (3:00pm) that our booking had been changed to a different location; the new place was not at all ideal, with the bathroom being shared when we specifically booked otherwise. Only Spanish speaking staff was present until we wanted to address our complaints; communication was needlessly difficult despite having fluent English and German speakers in our group. We chose to cut our losses and find elsewhere to stay. Overall an extremely dissatisfying and distressing experience."

"Room stank of smoke, floor was completely filthy, bedding thin and pillows smelled old. Wallpaper missing in places and it was placed right by a huge main road. Barely slept. Bathroom seemed ok but shower leaked all over the floor. Very basic amenities. Seems very barely attended, nobody there kid morning when I left. Also charged me 23 sfr to park the car. In addition I think it’s being used as a brothel. Very unsavoury gentleman waiting outside and a very glamorous young woman went down in the lift to meet him. All in all about my worst hotel in years. "

"DO NOT BOOK this hotel! This property management is horrible. First of all, we did not get the type of rooms we booked and paid for. The check-in experience was really bad, the manager gave us key for a wrong room. Then they scammed us for parking at “wrong” space, bullied me and my family at the middle of the night and tried to take almost 1000 euros from us. We had to involve the police to resolve the situation. "
