The accommodations were great and met the needs for our stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was great down the street from train/bus station. perfect spot for travelers. We would stay again. thanks

Helpful friendly staff. Automatic check in service easy, but does not allow for any privacy when others are waiting behind you, which is not ideal when travelling alone as all details, including room number and all personal details are visible to those behind you. Room facilities simple, but sufficient for my trip.

Great hotel near Zurich.

A modern and very comfortable hotel with great amenities. The staff are extremely helpful and courteous and even assisted with outside transportation needs. Strongly recommend this hotel when in the Zurich area!

Very nice location. Staff were all very friendly and I like the breakfast. However, the bed is probably the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on and I felt like things were biting me. Sure enough, I Woke up with bites all down my legs. It’s very bad. If the room had not caused me to be bitten up so badly I would have rated this a 4/5. But the bites make it a hard pass until the bed situation is resolved.

SUPER LOCATION AND COMFORTABLE SUITE …

Gaining access was a nitemare. Electronic access has its challenges. We recd no call or email giving instructions and had to call. The operator was exceptional and patiently and humorously walked us thru … providing us with 2 codes, 1 being a backup code which was the one that eventually got us into the bldg and suite. A 40 minute process! The suite was most comfortable and had cooking / kitchen features we didn’t require . HOWEVER THERE WASNT ANYWHERE TO HANG CLOTHES … cuz the closet had an armoire filled with pillows and comforters but no railing or hangers or hooks to hang clothes. In the shower there weren’t any ledges to put the beautiful bottles that were kept on the floor. Attn to details and decor missed a couple of practical basic amenities. Great location with easy access to all touristic features .

We booked this room last minute, driving through the area. We checked in right before the front desk closed-there is no available free parking on site (in the parking ramp attached to the hotel, we were told we could pay $250 for the night, that is not a typo, $250 for parking for less than 12 hours,) and we had to park several blocks away. This appears to be a few select rooms in an apartment building. We got 2 rooms on 2 separate floors, right near the elevator. There were 2 beds in each room, one of the beds being a cot, which squeaked every time the person sleeping moved. One of our pillows was filthy with what appeared to be makeup. Unfortunately, by the time we realized it, the front desk was closed. The rooms were very warm-the windows were huge, and the street was very noisy all night long-we also didn't feel safe having them open for how big they were. There were also metal shades outside of the window that you could close, which felt weird. We were a few blocks from some restaurants. This room was very overpriced for what you got-both for the space and the cleanliness of the property. We would not stay here again or recommend this property at all as our experience was very disappointing.

einchechen eine katastrophe - um 16 uhr niemand am tresen, 5 min laut rufen - dann kommt eine dame aus dem lift und meint sie sei am tel. katastrophe dann sehr abweisend - ich denke das ist keine keine ch-firma mit diesem service. dann bei erster buchung p-platz für 10euro - dann in der ch 20sfr - reine abzocke wenn auf pw angewiesen ! wohne aiûf dem land in frankreich sehr schlechte punkte zimmer ok, morgnessen - solo la la

Ksmer en faciliteiten zijn goed. Onprettig vond ik de digitale zelf-incheck die buiten de voordeur onder een luifel bleek te moeten gebeuren, terwijl Jan en alleman kan meelezen over je schouder. De klantvriendelijkheid van de baliemedewerkster compenseerde dit weer wel Terwijl de uitchecktijd uiterlijk 11.00 is, klopte 9.45 de schoonmaakster aan. Er zijn geen labels ‘niet storen / schoonmaak kan’) voorhanden om dit te voorkomen
