"The night I arrived the entry codes worked however, there was someone else in my assigned room. It was late in the evening, and I called the hotel support. So haben wir auf die Notfall-Nummer angerufen, da hat uns jemand in Deutsch weitergeholfen und auf ein anderes gereinigtes Zimmer umgebucht.
