For the price it was extremely old and run down and didn’t seem well kept up with. Dirt on the walls and loose hairs on my linens and towels. Disappointed

Whoever was working the night we checked in was absolutely hilarious and very welcoming. Room was comfy and looked great. Slept like a log.

I loved everything about except for the shower head. I did let the clerk know. Hopefully when I visit again it will be upgraded. Other than that everything was perfect!!!

Maintenance of property was very poor. Door lock didn’t function. Drain for sink didn’t work. Curtains didn’t function properly. Mold formation above shower in bathroom. All in all whom ever is doing the maintenance for this facility needs additional training.

The property is under construction. we actually didn’t hear any noise by time we checked in and out. But rooms look old, bathroom was not clean under the sink or around the tub. Beds just ok, bring your own pillow!

It was great! We were stuck overnight due to a snow storm on our way to Yellowstone. We had a nice rest day and enjoyed the pool. The water slides were great fun! Unfortunately the hot tub had broken down that morning and wasn’t working. Also, we’re towing a travel trailer and had to park in the back parking lot. Because of Al the rain the edges of the lot were a 5-inch deep lake. We know the hotel can’t control the weather, but they might consider re-paving the lot around the convention center to prevent the accumulation of so much standing water. When we were there, there was construction as they renovate the convention center so that may be in their plans. The construction was not a problem at all. We barely noticed it. Staff was very friendly. The room was clean and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Staff was friendly. The place is pretty dated but kept up. The area it's in is not the greatest. I was not impressed by the $100 hold they put on my card at check-in. If you are traveling on a budget, that can make things tight.

Because of the construction, parking and finding the entrance was difficult. There was leftover food in the refrigerator. Housekeeping was loud in the early morning hours.

Common areas like stairways and hallways were a mess. Our bedding was dirty on top of the bed. The sheets inside the bed were clean. Door didn’t deadbolt because the lock didn’t line up with the hole in the door frame.

Property is under construction. False advertisement with pictures. Most amenities were for staff only. Room had severe damage to walls, mold in the bathroom tile grout, bath tub and toilet wouldn’t drain properly.

This property online looked very nice, but those looks are deceiving. The drains were plugged. There was hair all over my bed upon checking in and the bed bugs were terrible. I would advise you to book elsewhere. Pricing if the restaurant onsite was was more than it should’ve been as well.

Upon arrival there was no desk staff available to check us in myself and other guests waited over an hour for des staff to arrive for check in my party opted to drive 250 miles back home instead of staying
