The customer service was phenomenal. The room was average. It was very clean. It was OK comfortable. There was plenty of parking and checking in and checking out what’s very easy.

The night clerk was amazingly helpful. I hadn't driven quite a long ways and was very tired and she went out of her way to get me a ground floor room which medically I need at 78. The room was very clean. It did have one lock on an outside door that didn't work right. I just reported that in the morning she said thank you and put it on the maintenance list.

We drove 9 hours and just wanted a good rest. Perce (I think that is his name) checked us in and was very helpful with a few small details. We got about a half hour of pool time then just down the road for dinner at Cracker Barrel. Room is clean, meal was good and we are tucked in ready for a decent nights rest. Under $100. AC is loud, but appreciated.

Family and I were travelling through, booked room without looking at reviews. Do not recommend if travelling with children. There were other guest peeing outside their room doors. Our room had a strong cigarette smell. Next door guests were making noise until 3 am, due to casino next door. My family member entered someone else's room that the front desk gave to us, at least they were prompt to give us another. This property could use an update.

Very old and in need of upgrades and repairs, bathroom door had holes from people kicking it in, front desk staff were great and very helpful, but they can only do so much, it was as clean as it could be

I was disappointed on $50 extra pet fee per night. Yet, I cleaned up after my pups outside despite seeing huge piles of dog poop right outside my door. I loved the convenience of parking right outside my door. My room was clean. It was great you have grass to take my dogs out but again people don't clean up after their dogs. I wouldve given an all around better review if it weren't for the pet fee.

5 star stay!!

My boyfriend and I had an amazing stay at the hotel!!! The staff were so friendly and helpful. We had our dog with us and they made sure to ask her name and made sure they gave her pets and praised her. We will definitely be back!!!!
