I had stayed there before and had no complaints for the price. I had to make numerous trips to front desk to get new access key cards. The stair treads were missing in places. I have bad knees and had to move a big oxygen concentrator and was afraid I might trip. I did take photos of the room. Our tv did not work. They did take some off of our bill. Water in sink was not hot. There was mold in bathroom where the flooring was coming loose. The beds were clean and comfortable but that was the only thing that was really clean.

They charged me without spending the night and will not reimburse. It was the most filthy and disgusting place I have ever seen. Please do not stay there or reserve through Expedia.

Absolutely would not stay there with my wife without a gun. Ate the cost of the reservation to get accommodations elsewhere because it was that disgusting.

Front desk workers wreaked of weed smell and looked like they just got out of a gangsta convention. Could have been the nicest guys on the planet, but the appearance they gave off made me want to run for a different hotel.

No trash cans in room, broken tv, cold showers, had to ask for a roll of toilet paper. Nothing in vending machines. Side door lock was missing so any one could go inside the hotel. There was a big sign at the front desk that you couldn't get a refund once you had paid for the room. I felt sorry for the employees who have to spend time apologizing to the guests.

Spent one terrifying night in this filthy, non-fuctional, terrifying, place. Did not sleep a wink in fear. Would not use the bedding due to filth. The window had no way to lock it. The shower is moldy and there was no hot water.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed and I will never stay there ever. the worst customer service. it smelled like weed in the hotel and in the room it was way worse. drywall was coming off the walls.

The room I was given was in horrible condition. Many things broken. In the bathroom, bedroom area, sink, window. Was not charged, but the conditiona were terrible

The property & motel really should be condemned. The city or county Board of Health needs to get involved. We looked at 2 rooms & both had never been cleaned. The pool which looks beautiful in the website, was 1/3 full of green, algaed water. Carpets ripped out, stairs with no carpet. A sad day for Motel 6. We never did stay. It was just as bad as a horror movie.

Very scary hotel. Smelled of burnt plastic and weed. Walked into our room and saw a cockroach scurry across the table. "Interesting" folk hang around the doors smoking. If it wasn't for the clerk asking if we wanted to look at the room before checking in, we would have wasted $80.

It was an old facility not very well maintained. It did not hav e the microwave that was advertised. We had a reservation for the following Saturday but decided to cancel it and take a Howard Johnson in Gillette WY instead. Much cleaner and a lot cheaper! We will not use Motel 6 in the future unless it is a new facility.

Don’t Stay Here Ever
This hotel is disgusting. The room has a strong smell of smoke that permeates everything. The smoke detector and sprinkler have been ripped out. The drapes are stained and damaged. There are layers of dirty grime on the floor. It is in a skanky neighborhood. It is loud from traffic from the freeway and people coming in and out at all hours. Gives Motel 6 a bad name.

DO NOT STAY HERE! When we checked in the desk person asked if we wanted to look at the room before checking in. I'm grateful for her. The sheets were stained and clearly hadn't been washed. I lifted the mattress and saw bed bugs running. The smell of smoke was so strong my eyes were watering. I've never seen anything so disgusting in my life. If i could give zero stars I would.

'It can't be that bad!' Wrong. Getting checked in was a mess, they couldn't even make the room keys for another hour (after I paid), no refunds, no change for cash. I will say the staff tried to help as best as they could. I got my key card and someone was already in the room. Finally got a new room, not in good condition but all I needed was a bed and bathroom, so it was good enough. Many things broken and dirty. No locks on doors inside building (torn off). All in all, if you just need a bed they can provide it, as long as you can successfully book a room.

It is interesting that they told me to check out the room before paying because there are no refunds. The room is ok and the price is cheap, but there were alot of people hanging around and a family might not feel safe. AC was set to 63 in the room so it was cold to start. i just turned it off. Noone on staff was there in the morning. A customer was trying to report that some thefts happened over night. Altogether, I would avoid it. In the morning, off. People talking in the hallpaying because there are no refunds.

I was on the main floor. I woke up to water having dripped onto the desk and onto the toilet and surrounding the toilet (not a toilet leak since the seat was also wet). All the floorboards were warped so this isn't a new issue. Mold on the walls in the bathroom.

Worst ever!
This Motel 6 is the worst Motel 6 I have ever stayed at. This place would have to be extensively renovated to qualify to accommodate the homeless. I think of Motel 6 as a budget place to stay. It should use some of its budget to repair and maintain the place.
