When we got to our room, there was ZERO toilet paper, no linens AT ALL, and no Kleenex. Also, this was one of the dirtiest hotels I've ever stayed in. Choice Hotels needs to distance themselves from this establishment.

Room was very dirty in general with dust bunnies and trash in every hidden area. No toilet paper or soap in the room. No clean towels or any service between days. Floors and place overall looks unkempt. Will be my last stay here.

The first room we checked into no shower curtain tub was rusted out, the door didn’t lock no safe at all. Then we asked for another room they gave Us another room the bathroom toilet ran water all day and night Ugg the refrigerator was rusted out roaches crawling on the wall we went back to tell the lady she was just a front desk worker it’s nothing she can do never again this place was a dump needs to be taken off the internet needs a lot of upgrades it’s nothing like the picture that is shown when you are booking it

When we arrived, Erica greeted us with warm hospitality and quickly had us in our room. Staff was attentive for towels daily. Breakfast was a good southern comfort food and the coffee was hot. Spend time with family in the area every year and continue to staying there.

Booked a king bed room and no kings were available when I checked in so had to settle for a double queen. Room door wouldn't lock so had to switch rooms. Carpet was soaking wet near air conditioner. There were 3 other couples with us that booked rooms & now we're all sick and having to go to the dr.

I had a terrible experience at this hotel and would highly recommend staying anywhere else. Filthy Room: The room was completely dirty and unhygienied. The floors were sticky, the sheets had visible stains, and the bathroom was full of hair and mold. It clearly had not been cleaned properly before my arrival. Rude Staff: The front desk staff was awful. When I complained about the state of the room, they were completely dismissive, offered no apology, and refused to help me change rooms or send housekeeping. This was a nightmare from start to finish. Save your money and go somewhere that cares about cleanliness and customer service.
