While I would like to acknowledge that the staff was courteous and professional, the overall condition of the property was unacceptable and did not meet even basic standards.
Key amenities were unavailable throughout my stay, including a non-functioning elevator and inoperable vending machines. This created a significant inconvenience and reflects a lack of proper maintenance.
Upon entering the room, I encountered a noticeably stale and humid environment, strongly suggesting the space had not been adequately cleaned, ventilated, or prepared for guests. This concern was reinforced by the visible condition of the room: dust accumulation and sticky residue on furniture, a sticky television remote, and lamps with substantial rust at their base.
The issues extended further to the condition of essential fixtures and linens. The sheets contained burn holes, and the toilet functioned poorly, barely flushing. These deficiencies are not minor oversights but fundamental failures in cleanliness and upkeep.
Given the number and severity of these issues, I do not feel the accommodations provided were consistent with what was advertised or reasonably expected. I request that this matter be reviewed and that appropriate compensation be considered.
