"Room were clean and the beds were comfortable but the land line phone does not work in the room. I love that it is 5 minutes away from the airport AVL. The free breakfast was good and there is a Mexican restaurant that is right next door that was very good. Also the Cracker Barrel is right around the corner. If you are in town to visit the Biltmore, it is about 18 mins away. I am planning to stay there again in the future. "

"This was a hidden gem. Beautiful property out of downtown but still close. Right across from tubing on the French Broad river and next door to the arboretum. Most of the guests were regular repeat visitors and I can see why. "
