"This should be accurately listed as a motel. The room was dirty and one of the main lights wasn’t working. Someone was sleeping on the ground just outside my door. If you’re attending an event and all other hotel accommodations are booked…do yourself a favor and just cancel your plans to attend the event."

"Parking is too full and no more space"

"I loved staying at the Hyatt House! Very clean and smelled good! LOVE the walk-in shower too. Staff very friendly and helpful. Diamonte at front desk went out of his way to help me with a small request. I will definitely stay there again!"

"Great location. But hotel definitely needs upgrades in room and bathrooms. Breakfast food area needs to be bigger with more than one waffle maker. Had a line just for a waffle. Bathroom needs ventilation. Dressers and bed need updating. Rail on bed scraped my leg from sticking out. Carpet needs cleaning too and air needs to be on down hallways."

"I know that it is a busy and convenient location but the hotel is old and it is time for an update to change the smelly carpet and old, hard mattresses. We paid for and requested a double bed, but had to sleep in a king room with a pull out sofa. The staff was very helpful and apologetic and tried to place us in what were considered the best rooms available, but the room was outdated, the mattress was very old that you could feel all of the springs and the ac was on the Fritz.
