"Staff amazing. Lovely hotel, pool and restaurants. Had club room, treated like royalty in the club lounge. Lovely afternoon tea and dinner/drinks. Would stay here again, but not in the tower as when we returned to the hotel for second stay they put us in the new renovated area but there is too much light pollution coming into the room as no black out blind/curtains covering part of the room. "

"The hotel is located in a great location near the markets and many other tourist destinations in a walkable distance. The staff were some of the best I have experienced with always being willing to assist. An example was lending an umbrella when I first arrived and it had started pouring. There is a good selection of Vietnamese meals to try at the restaurant."
