"We had a really lovely stay in Ho Chi Minh City and especially enjoyed our time at the Grand Hotel du Lac Boutique Saigon. The hotels location is excellent!
On arrival, we did experience some initial issues with our room and some differences between what we had booked and what was provided. However, the hotel team went above and beyond to address everything and ensure that we were comfortable and well looked after.
A special mention must go to Kelly, who was absolutely wonderful throughout our stay. She made us feel incredibly welcome, listened to our concerns, and went out of her way to make sure everything was accommodated. Her warmth and professionalism really stood out, and she is a true asset to the hotel team.
Despite the initial hiccups, the way the hotel handled the situation ultimately made a very positive impression on us. We would happily return and would recommend the hotel to others visiting Ho Chi Minh City."
