"Shuttle to and from airport was very convenient; breakfast was nice, had different options, though I would have preferred an indoor rather than the new outdoor location.
Staff are courteous and attentive, especially Oanh (I hope I spelled her name right ). She made sure all was taken cared of."

"Hotel che avrebbe bisogno di essere ristrutturato. Ogni cosa è trasandata e questo per un hotel 5 stelle non è assolutamente possibile. Il bagno é disposto in maniera tale che il wc sia a ridosso del muro e davanti all’entrata della doccia. Unica nota positiva la colazione. Per il resto visto il prezzo lo sconsiglio"

"The nice thing about the hotel was the staff. Always polite and willing to help with questions that we had.
The jacuzzi and overview of the city was quite amazing and the rooftop bar was perfect. The only issue was the jacuzzi wasn’t as warm as one would think (82°)
The food and breakfast that was included was amazing.
Overall a great place to stay and centrally located in Ho Chi Minh City."

"The hotel is very close to the airport which is good but the location is too far away from any other activities in Ho Chi Minh.
The area is dirty like most of the city, with garbage on the streets.
Our first night our fridge was leaking, we were told it would be replaced. If it did it was with a second one that didn't work.
The cleaning staff made the bed every day but didn't clean the floors or empty the wash room bins (you don't flush toilet paper in vietnam)"

"We loved the Lotte hotel inn Ho Chi Minh. Easy to get to everything we wanted to see, e.g the war museum, markets, restaurants etc. The breakfast buffet was phenomenal, the staff impeccable, and the facilities were perfect. The only negative was that the Lotte hotel had now spoilt me so much, I don’t think I want to stay in any other hotel chain in the future."
