"The property was clean and we had a good view though in the room we stayed in there were these weird stains all over the carpet and it looks like the window has not been cleaned from the inside for a while seeing as there were many little hand marks on the bottom portion of the window and forehead smudges among eye level. Overall the hotel was nicely kept and those were the only issues we had with our room. "

The staff - who spoke very good English - were very attentive and kept in touch through WhatsApp and arranged numerous trips (including rescuing us when we had a flat bicycle tyre). "Excellent service and amenities. The food at the restaurant was too cheff! Spa and private boat to the marker river incredible! We are coming back for sure with more family members! "

"I was very impressed with this hotel it's suited my family very well. The staff werr very friendly courteous and couldn't do enough for us. It was perfect in nearly every way and we will come back to this hotel. The only negative was in our room we had a bathtub freestanding with a very poor shower system with no curtain so it was dangerous. Travelers tip- check the bathroom before accepting the room. "
