"The staff ( Leo, Daniel and others) were exceptionally friendly and went out of their way to help you with everything, including dining, museum and shopping options. When we were leaving on a day trip to ninh binh, Daniel reminded us to take a jacket as it gets cold in that area! The rooms were very clean and the bed was super comfortable. The breakfast was plentiful and had a lot of options. The hotel is well positioned in the old quarter. We would highly recommend this hotel to other guests....

"Excellent hotel. We came back for another night when we had to be in Hanoi. Staff and cleanliness is 5 star. Restaurant is awesome and the waiting staff are well trained. The receptionists (all) were amazing. They answered most of our questions and concerns. The hotel is in a busy area, so vigilance is required when walking as there are too many scooters. Looking for a good street food? you are right at the heart of it. The walk to the french 1/4 is about a 20-30 min, but we enjoy walking so...
