"This hotel delivers on all fronts, as a first time guest I found the staff are so friendly and genuinely helpful, not to mention a a clean, modern hotel within minutes of the centre shops and restaurants. The breakfast is continental but if you are into healthy eating this is the breakfast buffet you want. There is complimentary food/snacks and drinks/ refreshments during the day that adds that extra convenience with a tranquil area to relax in by reception. I wish more hotels were like...

"Perfect location for Es Castell, short walk to the port but also very close for the bus to Mahon. Room was basic but all you need. My only comments would be in regard to check-in - details are sent by email so you need roaming/wifi to access, and (may just be my settings) was VERY small to read - could be complicated for those expecting a reception etc. Link for tourist tax payment did not work but staff were around and able to support on check out."

"Rooms were a bit dated unfortunately and floor were not fully cleaned. The air conditioner needed a reset upon arrival and emitted a bit foul smell initially. Staff was helpful setting restaurant reservations and providing recommendations on activities. Overall the location was great given it was in the middle of the island.
