"We were very comfortable in our accommodation, the food was very nice and prices good. The breakfast could be improved. For a small cost they could have real coffee, sachet instant is a poor offering. Fruit salad too, not uncut fruit. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. "

"Choosing to stay here you need to keep in mind that it is a 2 star hostel so you can't expect bells and whistles. You have to manage your expectations. That being said me and my partner found this to be the perfect base for our Byron Bay stay. We stayed in a private cube double room and to be honest it's everything we needed. We've stayed in 5 star hotels before and I can honestly say the bed in this hostel was one of the comfiest beds we've ever slept in! We had a fridge to store food and drink...

"La chambre exécutive pour laquelle j’ai payée ne ressemblait nullement à la description donnée par l’hôtel; aucun balcon, un frigo à vin ne permettant pas de mettre ma nourriture et sans congélateur pour y ranger les « ice pac », absence de cafetier, une seule débarbouillette pour deux personnes, absence de support à bagages, et de meubles pour suspendre le linge, porte de salle de bain qui ne ferme pas… Il nous a été impossible de rencontrer le personnel, ni le soir à notre arrivée, le le matin...

"This was a last minute booking to visit a sick family member and the staff were warm, friendly and provided assistance whenever we needed it. We will definitely be back. "

"No Towel rails in bathroom, shower so small that you touched the curtain when showering. No door or consatina folding door on bedroom opening & could see straight to the street when in bed. Bed so close to the wall that you had to climb over or push the bed against the cupboard which meant no access to cupboard. It is the only cabin we have ever stayed in where the bedside table is at the bottom of the bed, with no bedside tables next to the bed. All in all the stay was pleasurable so we hope...
