This place is amazing! I stayed here with my two sons in a two bedroom apartment-style unit. Overall, the facility is great, a luxury apartment on a property that felt like being in a national park. Staff were friendly and accommodating. Swimming pools were large and luxurious with pool-side bars. On-site dining in room service were also great. I would definitely stay here again.

Was really excited to stay here yet felt a bit disappointed. The room was really dark and quite cold, would be fine during summer but during Autumn we had lights on during the day and heat pump on at all times. Pool area and pool bar were great and perfect for with kids.

Wow! Such an amazing and tranquil stay for just the one night. The staff are professional and informative, the resort feels quiet and safe and I absolutely love how many available facilities there was. I would have loved to see the beach club bar open even in winter as the sunset was stunning and our shower and toilet rooms had visible black mould on the ceilings which was a bit concerning. The bathroom didn't have an exhaust fan which I think would go a long way. Other than this, I would definitely come back for a long stay.

Delightful experience, most impressed.

We had a fabulous stay at Elements of Byron. We stayed three nights from Wednesday onwards and they had only just opened on Monday. There were a few little anomalies with the breakfast service but nothing that you wouldn't expect seeing they had just opened. The staff were lovely, attentive and personable. Our room was delightful, brand new, all the amenities and more and a lovely relaxing spot. Have already recommended it to others and will be back again soon ourselves.

Do not book the Studio room! Upgrade to the Villa or don’t stay here. The Studio rooms are barely bigger than a prison cell and are nowhere near 5 star hotel quality. The property is neat and the staff are so nice. Just don’t book the Studio rooms.

Fabulous Elements

hi - this was my second stay at Elements - and it didn't disappoint - very clean, amazing amenities and a tranquil atmosphere. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful without you feeling they are just doing their job - you actually feel very welcome and that nothing is too much trouble. The food beside the pool or room service was yummy with a great menu - and the cocktails added to the enjoyment. Thank you guys will return for sure.

Beautiful property with very private and well appointed rooms. Both the main pool and adult pool (with swim up bar!) were gorgeous. Highly recommend the coconut frozen margaritas and Mexican food at the adult pool.

Beautiful resort - everything was top notch from the large and comfortable villas to the excellent service to the gorgeous pool areas. Location is excellent, only 3k walk along the beach to get to town. Already booked again for July!

Not really a 5 star resort.

Great rooms but tarnished by many staff members with poor attitudes and lmited room service hours.

This is the 4th time we've stayed at Elements. Great location, villas well appointed and Byron is fantastic. Each time they manage to score an "own goal" with service. It isn't consistent. The spa and bar were great. Housekeeping non existent and checkout a disaster. It needs to try harder to deliver consistent service

Beautiful resort with dedicated adults only pool in addition to main pool facilities and beach club with direct beach access. Unfortunately the service was poor throughout our stay from the check in and out process, to the delays in servicing the room. Service needs to lift drastically if they want to be considered as one of the best.
