"We stayed for one night prior to cruise departure. The staff were helpful, friendly. All room and amenities spaces were clean and neat. When we thought that we'd left something behind, all email responses were quick and helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to food, activities, and the cruise ship pier."

"Quiet place to stay. Convenient location, easy to walk to everything. The room was not as clean as I would have preferred with cobwebs and a few skinny spiders in the corners with a hair on the sheet. The staff was very nice and helpful. They allowed us to leave our luggage after check out. I never saw another guest will staying there. The courtyard was not well kept- did not look like the picture online. Delft is beautiful.
