"Check in was easy, super close to the park which is convenient. Valet was super nice as well the staff at check in/check out.
My issues were inside our rooms. Massive roach was in our room, switched to a new room and there was what looked like mold on 3 of our pillows. We ended up checking out early. They were nice enough to give me a refund on the parking fees, early check in fee and the remaining nights we had."

"I stayed in Room 101, which is located right behind the lobby and next to the street, so it was naturally a bit noisy at night. The room itself felt very dated. The refrigerator didn’t have a freezer section and wasn’t working properly. I reported the issue through their text message system, but the only response I received was “sorry about that,” and nothing was done to fix it.
The bathtub was also clogged. I initially left it thinking it would drain on its own, but when I returned around...

"The room was very clean. The staff very inviting and friendly. When we went to breakfast the staff present were very friendly and knowledgeable. Next time we stay we will hopefully stay longer than overnight so that the kids can enjoy the beautiful pool. I’ve already told my older children so that they too can bring their families.
