"Amazing service. Manager took me and some others on a wonderful trip to Mt Ijen at the best price. The manager also helped me find a fantastic deal on another trip later on in my travels once I had left Banyuwangi. The homestay is a very good price and there is a high street around the corner. 1 minute walk from the main train station and a few minutes to the ferry port by bus."

"The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms are cooled to perfection with very comfy beds. Everything is very clean. Great food spots in around 10 min walking distance. Definitely recommended!"

"I arrived after midnight due to train delays and getting taxi from station. Although I hadn't notified them and their check-in was closed from 10pm there was no complaint or difficulty with check in. This was great service. Key was given promptly and I was shown to my room which was comfortable and clean and excellent value"

"インターネットで予約をして支払いも完了し、予約番号が発行されてるのにインターネット予約は無効だと言われました。その間30分以上待たされました。別のホテルを新たに探して移動するのも大変だったので、現地でインターネット予約の3倍近くの金額を支払い宿泊しました。 清潔感は全くありません。サービスも最低です。アメニティグッズはボロボロのバスタオル1枚と小さな石鹸だけです。 スタッフは夕方には居なくなりWi-fiパスワードも聞けませんでした。 早朝から大音量でモスクの音が聞こえてきて、大雨が降っていましたが早々にチェックアウトしました。チェックアウトの時もスタッフは不在でした。 今まで宿泊したホテルの中で最悪です。 "
