"It was a wonderful hotel. Are they renovating the building? It felt very clean. I used the laundry service, and my clothes were returned promptly the same day. I requested to print out my plane's E-ticket, and they promptly assisted me. Only interacted with two staffs, both fluent in English and very friendly. So communication was not a problem. Despite being very close to a bustling district, I didn't hear any bothersome noise from the hotel. There was just one concern. I thought I had...

"We had an 01 room on a higher floor which had a lot of windows overlooking the buildings across the street and beyond. We enjoyed the light and the view. It was clean and spacious. The hotel is very well located for the main tourist sites, around the corner to all the big hotels and attractions. HCMC was unbearably hot while we were there and for that reason we left earlier than expected, but the room was cool (AC) and comfortable even with the heat and we enjoyed our stay."

"Great location, literally one street off from Bui Vien but no issue with noise. Very convenient to little shops and food stalls including motorbike rental. Gets a little tricky in the alley but you’ll get use to it. Grab order are easy assessable as well. Stayed here off and on for a few weeks, great for the price. AC can be a little colder but wasn’t an issue, clean and simple inside the room. Would recommend especially for the price and location."

"It seems to be a new hotel as it’s very clean, very confortable(bed and pillow are very comfy) and everything seems new. There was no curtain in our bathroom and people around could see us showering. There is a cafe downstair and sometimes its crowded with locals. Overall a good and clean hotel for the price. I sometime felt like the cafe was more important than the hotels tho."
