"Near airport. Super friendly staff. Recommended place to stay in bali"

"Very nice place to stay. Everything is good but a bit expensive."

"The staff was nice and it was a easy check in. I would recommend if you just need a quick place to crash for a day. But I had no issues."

"Quite and relaxing, clean and the staff are very friendly "

"This is a good value place to stay, excellent air conditioning will keep you cool, the fridge will keep your drinks cold and the bed will give you a good nights sleep. Also the pool is a fantastic temperature, £17 a night I doubt you can go wrong?"

I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. "Very simple, small rooms with low standard an NO sound isolation. Impractical and staff never took away trash. Very uncomfortable, hard bed with no top mattress. The aircondition leaked water over my whole luggage. Very impractical placement of the hotel, with stairs of 200+ steps to go up/down. Also a lot of steap stairs in the hotel itself."

"Super friendly staff, very nice yard with a fish pond and beautiful decor."

"Honestly I needed a place to stay last minute the staff were nice enough but the room was absolutely disgusting. As someone who has stayed in hostels they have always been much nicer than this it was truly disgusting. "
