"I booked through on line. My family consisting of wife, a 22 years doughter and 13 year son came to chennai. The rececptionist age around 52, asked ID for each of the individual, I shown my Departmental ID, but he refused and asked to give other ID, so, I shown my Driving Id, My wife's driving Id, my daughter's Voters ID which saved in my mobile _its rejected by him. At the time of booking, it wasn’t clear whether it was an AC or non-AC room. I booked it, and when I reached the hotel, they told me it was a non-AC room. The hotel authorities said they didn’t know what I had booked and asked me to contact the booking people. In the end, neither they nor the others were available, and since I had already paid the money, I was forced to stay in the non-AC room."
