"I enjoyed my stay! The staff was kind and pleasant. The rooms were nice and maintained well. Caution: this is an old building as most of SF is, the walls are not thick. It’s is a good area to get quickly from one side of town to the next. The neighborhood is what most of SF is, experiencing homelessness so be cautious in the evening. Great food spots in the area. Over all, we enjoyed our stay!"

"Our family of 4 stayed here for 4 nights and we had a great time. Our room was clean with clean sheets and towels. Front desk was always polite and very helpful. "The property could do with some updating on the outside. The rims themselves weren't that bad. There was rust on the lights which I'm assuming is probably due to the air as is very close to the Bay. I had a very hard time using the card to unlock the door. Other than that it wasn't a bad stay. Very minimal parking but I was able to find parking"
