"The hotel was a very disappointing experience. The facility looked abandoned, and even the name was different upon arrival. I was told the hotel was closed and that they had no record of my booking, despite the fact that I had already paid. The reception staff were unhelpful and showed little concern for the situation. "Lovely Hotel Rather big New Still opening Nice room and beds very clean nice gardens The main pool only has a ladder to get in and out which is very dangerous and disappointing to older people as there are no steps Maybe a wider ladder would help Lovely welcoming staff Wonderful breakfast Close to everything "
