"The bathroom is the same as it was in the 50’s and shows the wear. The owner was kind and welcoming but overall the entire hotel needs some renovations. When we turned on the HVAC it smelled musty and it pervaded the room during the night we were there. The caulking in the bathroom was far from clean. I would rate this middle of the road and perhaps worth the low-ish price. But would we stay there again? Probably not. Don’t expect this to be a truly 4.7 hotel if you go!"

"Booked a room for 1 night to escape the lightning storms and get away from the bad weather. Arrived at approximately 9:30 PM and checked out at 10:30PM. It was room 323. Upon arrival, the gentlemen checking us in read out the last four of our debit card on file to confirm it was ours, it was in fact not our card we had listed. "The staff was accommodating, however there were a few issues. There were no TV channels other than HGTV. I asked the staff daily and they were not aware of on issue. The ice machine was not working so you had to get ice the front desk staff. The exercise room is not safe to use."

"Spent one night. Although the room was a good size, upon walking in the smell was musty and smokey even though it was a non-smoking room. The window had vertical blinds that needed to be replaced because they were taped in places and kept falling off."
