"Check-in took 15 min. Reception lady is very nice and kind, provides all info needed about the room and area. Location is perfect for Ibiza town. 2 minutes walk to main streets and shops. Apartment was clean and all decent amenities. But you get what you paid for.. walls were a bit damaged and the apartment itself looks old, everything was clean, toilet had recently been renovated. Would stay there again if I'm on a budget."

"Personnel très aimable et serviable, emplacement à deux pas de la plage de Figueretas, une supérette en bas de l'immeuble pour dépanner et un LIDL à 5min à pieds, une superficie convenable pour une petite famille, un petit balcon pour profiter du soleil, une prestation de ménage et des équipements pour la vie de tous les jours et une propreté irréprochable. Excellent rapport qualité/prix, je recommande ! "

"About 12-15 minutes walk to the center, grocery store close by, more than one pool, parking included and laundry available (4€, detergent not included)... Did not try the restaurant. Internet was pretty slow, but ok if you don’t have to work. No dish soap, wash cloths to wash the dishes and the maid wasn’t cleaning it neither. We got told it’s because of a new law but other hotels I stayed in Spain were including it or providing the service. Overall, we had a good stay."

"Super séjour dans ce petit appartement très fonctionnel, propre et peu cher pour la localisation. Le personnel est serviable, et le ménage et fait tous les jours. Nous n'avons pas eu de problème concernant le bruit et les voisins, comme certains commentaires ont souligné L'emplacement est géniale : 5 minutes de la plage, 15 minutes à pied du Hi Ibiza, et une station de taxi à seulement 3 minutes. "Okey standard on the room. Great cleaning and staff. Only problem we had was a party with screaming in the neighbor room 2 nights in a row from 1am to 3. It took a while, but finally the staff told them to shut the hell up. "
