"No breakfast but have a mini fridge ;) Our room was six flights of stairs and has a small stairs down to our room ! Dark room , bathroom was nice and clean , staff friendly . Easy walking distant to the train station and great location "

"Very good location and good price. Nice little balcony off the room. If you are on the top level, be prepared to lug your bags up two winding flights of stairs (very tiny service elevator can take your bags halfway). Bed was a good size but not super comfy. Very good WiFi. Wish there was a common area to gather."

"Pretty sure this is a mom and pop shop so I'll be more generous and forgiving with my review. Overall the staff are amazing, the host who greeted me most days was charming and friendly, others are lovely too, save for one grumpy old man, but I think that's how old folks are. Rooms are clean. My room had a beautiful view. My main issues with the place are the thin walls, meh bed, flat pillow (which was kind of fixed when I asked for a second pillow) and shower temperature and pressure. "When we got there , only take 3 minutes for check in process..the staff were very helpful and nice. We travel with young children ...and they really enjoy staying at this hotel...great space"

"This is the kind of property that is listed as a “hidden gem”. It’s not on a Main Street, but is so increasingly central. The room was beautifully done and we slept like kings. The staff went the extra mile and that was really appreciated. We will definitely be staying here again!! Florence is wonderful and needs more time than we had on this trip so we’ll be back here to stay! "
