Jelutong Hotel Guide - 2 Stars Hotels in Jelutong, George Town

"This hotel is very well located in the heart of the World Heritage city centre. Staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were good, with nice views, and the hotel features a rooftop bar and cafe, where breakfast is served, and where you can have a drink in the evening."

"I had a lovely stay. Good location, can easily explore around shopping and lots of food choices within walking distance. The room was clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff! I stay here every time I visit Penang. My 3rd visit. Will definitely come back again."

"1. The room smells of heavy smoke even from the bedsheets! This is a smokers room paradise 2. The bathroom clogged up easily 3. The room was so small like a penitentiary cell. Can’t even fit a chair in room ! 4. The short Indian guy at counter extremely rude. Said Wifi in all the rooms the same ! 5. The Wifi was absolutely non existent. Hardly was able to connect 6. I demand one day refund! I only stayed one night & had to leave. That room was toxic !"

"Beautiful heritage house near everything in Georgetown. My first room the AC wasn't working but the next night they helped move to another room which was complimented. No elevator so you must carry your bags but only one flr. Place is kept clean and a very cute place to stay if your visiting Georgetown. I would stay there again."

"The location is very close to the Penang National Park entrance The price is very reasonable so no expecting much difference Patio door cannot be lock, Air Cond is a little weak Not able to connect to WiFi inn the room, had to go to the lobby to use FiWi"

"Comfortable place to stay in a great location"

"Lovely aesthetics Great amenities Sweet spot location Cool staff Awesome mini cafe Personal con : can get too hot in the common area upstairs"

"I didn't stay at the property because it closed early"

"Good service at the reception and great location "

"Aircond cool enough Bed comfy Toilet clogged 407. Ask staff to check out it nothing happened. Toilet not clean. Staff not know which room available with window. "

"The best hotel so far in Kulim. Room is so spacious, all facilies and staff were superb"

"If you are solo and just want a place to sleep, it works. The cons include a tiny space, very slow internet, no fridge, and no nearby convenient stores or restaurants. It's approximately 1.5 miles to the attractions, making it walkable if you're looking for some exercise."

"Lift was dirty but the room was clean"
