"We stayed three nights and the hotel is overal OK including the hospitality of the staff. Location is great, near the mural streets of Penang, foodies and Komtar mall. On the second night i was biten by the beg bugs on my both hands and fingers. "Friendly staff greeted us and available 24 hours. Very nice people. The room and beds were comfortable but the bathroom had a lot of black mould that needs bleaching/removal. I also had to clean the toilet properly before using. Fantastic location for the street art trail, food, the jetty and public transport links. "

"The staff is very welcoming and kind. The lobby downstairs is very comfortable to sit in for long periods. I wish they kept the snacks stocked but I guess that was minor. I really like how the place is decorated and would return if I could stay in one of their very cool private rooms. The wifi was excellent as well."
