"We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? "L’établissement a dû être magnifique à sa construction, mais il est aujourd’hui laissé à l’abandon. La piscine privée du chalet est inutilisable non fonctionnel et sans eau , la piscine commune est en mauvais état et n’est pas nettoyée, et la salle de bain était vraiment sale - robinet vert. De plus, le personnel ne parle pas un mot d’anglais. C’est vraiment dommage, car le lieu est superbement décoré et a un énorme potentiel.
