Ngantang Hotel Guide - 2 Stars Hotels in Ngantang, East Java

"We booked a room for 4 people on Expedia which had good reviews and a high rating, but when we arrived it was a 12 bedded dorm which we would not have booked. We emailed the property for clarification but we did not get a response.We feel we were not given what we asked for. On the website it stated that there was a 4 bedded room available but not a 3 bedded room or 2 bedded room. So we felt there were only 4 beds in a room. Could you explain how this has happened? "The room is so good, clean and no odors. In addition, water heater works properly and so does the air conditioner. The hotel is making a lots of improvement, such as a great outdoor living area for chit-chat with our friends. The hotel has the most interesting kid outdoor activity that my kids and my friend kids love much. They play so many times until tired.
