"I have to say a very warm thank you to the employee, Max, at this hostel. He went above an beyond helping me out when my scooter broken down. He went with me late at night to go check out the problem and called someone to come and have it serviced. Luckily, the bike was fine. Max answered all my annoying questions professionally and courteously. :)"

"This is worst property I stay in my life. We stayed for 4 night, they refused to check in and yielded to charge late checkout, but we still stayed in the same hotel for 4 nights! Ridiculous! They let us get out of the hotel, order us to cancel booking because they don’t check in for us. But we didn’t get any refund untill today. They said they have swimming pool on the booking page, but there is no swimming pools.liar! The towel and sheets are moldy and dirty. And sanity is never...

"The property was newly renovated. I was the first to stay in the room, so everything was new. Nicely set up, great bathroom and well designed. Electronic card entry. A couple of minor issues due to it being new but they would be quickly rectified. The only concern may be that the mattress was quite firm - apparently Vietnamese like a firm mattress."
