"3 stars property conditions, 4 stars room service staff, 5 stars harbour view! This appears to be a hotel that has changed management more than once in recent years, and it appears to be in the beginning stage of its slow downhill journey. "The place is dirty and the building it is in is even dirtier. The bathroom was also very unclean with the tiniest towels you ever did see. The shower was decent though. No one heeds these reviews, so I am not wasting any more of my time reviewing this place. "

"This is the worst hotel i ever stay! they are cheating our book, they give us different room from their photo and put extra charge to us, 65 HKD/room.Even, i cannot sleep in their room, because that room have too many cockroach. Hotels.com, must ban this kind of hotel from their site."
