When I arrived for check-in, the employee did not clearly explain how to get to the first floor or where to take the elevator, which made the arrival confusing. "The location of the hotel is near a famous market, that was a plus, however all the hotel amenities ŵere in bad shape. Kettle is out of place, the safe doesn't work, other guest smoke at the hotel front and the smoke reach to your room even when you've the windows shut, this was bad. I had insects on my bed, black Beatles. The receptionist only excuse that they are 2 stars hotel, so what do you expect our why you ask for more??!!"
