"Pros - Decent room for the price, clean and neat bed, working AC and nice staff.
Cons - Missing spoon, dirty cups, missing tea towel and washing up sponge, (had to request from reception). Found a dirty pair of underwear in the kitchen cupboards when searching for a tea towel. Informed staff, they told me I should have seen the state or the room before! Hair in the shower, on the toilet, on the table. Body fluids on the toilet wall. Mould in the bathroom basin. Bad and strong ozone smell in the...

"For the price this place is pretty good. I had a good stay. 10 min bus ride into CBD. Bit rough around the edges but comfortable. Room had AC, TV, ensuite and kitchenette with a big fridge. Good wifi too. If I was going back to Perth and needed to be close to CBD I would stay again."

"Pros: direct access to Pinky Beach, The Basin, Bathurst Lighthouse - as in literally in front of the hotel. Beds are comfortable. Quokkas plenty around.
Cons: don’t expect full hotel service. Staff’s great but the people who are serving you drinks are also the people at the reception. You will have to wait patiently. For international travellers, sockets are not universal and they do not have charger adapters on loan so pls consider before travelling.
Breakfast was okay but nothing to rave...
