"Ailecek küçük çocuğumuzla (8) beraber 4 kişilik odalarında konakladık. Oda temizliği mükemmeldi. Genel olarak otel inanılmaz temizdi. Resepsiyondaki personeller genel olarak çok kibarlardı. Beklentinin çok üstündeydi. Biz ailecek odayı kapattık. Tuvalet gayet geniş ve temizdi. Günlük olarak odamızı temizlediler. Birçok turistik yere yürüme mesafesinde. Biz neredeyse her yere yürüyerek gidip geldik. "

"Most staff were great, especially Dennis who amazingly carried our suitcases down & up the stairs on arrival & leaving, Also organised our transfer to airport, always very helpful. Loved the River boat hotel idea and the view of the river. The breakfast was terrific and dining room was lovely. Safe and handy area to Old Town & Jewish quarter."
