"The hotel is good overall. Nice room, nice staff and good service. However, I’m a bit dissapointed that when I book the room it was breakfast included that my rate plan price is inclusive with breakfast. But they only gave me a $2 coupon for a meal of 4 pax. The cafe only have 2 menu and they are served cold."

"i'm very disappointed because the hotel did not receive my booking even though been confirmed by expedia. i have waited for an hour before the problem can be resolved. some more i got a smaller room (downgrade) from 2 + 1 bed which i book earlier (1 month early) to double bed for the same amount i paid. i should be compensated for the trouble."

"This hotel is not suitable for family as the room is so small for 4 people to be cramped into one room. No elevator provided and very unsuitable for elderly especially if you stay in level 2.
