"Lovely warm welcome on arrival. Quickly checked in and offered a complementary coffee (we also bought a delicious homemade cookie). Left a bag of laundry with reception which was ready before 8am the next day. The walk around the grounds is beautiful. The breakfast is a nice variation from the typical, we really enjoyed it. Thanks to all the staff."

"bella esperienza, si dorme in mezzo al nulla piu' assoluto. Siggi è stato molto disponibile ed è stato bello chiacchierare con lui a colazione. Siamo stati fortunati ad avere la casa tutta per noi. Tenete a mente che per arrivare la strada è sterrata per circa 10 km, ma in buone condizioni nonostante la pioggia"

"It's a lovely guesthouse in a former school building, with a small room but a comfortable common area and a well stocked kitchen. Beautiful views of the fjord. The area is a bit isolated--just a tiny village, and it takes over an hour to get there from the main road by a steep winding dirt road. We hiked up the hill, but the trail isn't well maintained. It's a great place for peace and quiet, but not as a base for exploring the eastern fjords."

"This place is amazing. If you’re adventurous it’s a bit of a drive and absolutely worth it. You can’t get more secluded than this. Hot tub on the porch. Bring food and drinks!"
